Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), we offer the following return options:
Change of Mind
Return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Item must be in original packaging.
Wrong Part Received
If we sent you the wrong part, we'll arrange a free return and send the correct part or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Defective Product
If the product is defective, you're entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund within the warranty period (minimum 6 months).
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How to Return an Item
Contact Us
Email, call, or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
Package the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and your RAN number on the parcel.
Ship or Drop Off
Post the parcel to our warehouse address or drop it off in person. For wrong items or defects, we'll arrange a free collection.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund Information
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Card refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your statement.
- EFT refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer for change-of-mind returns.
- We cover return shipping for wrong items, defective products, and transit damage.
Warranty Claims
For warranty claims on products that have developed a defect during normal use:
- Contact us with your order number, description of the fault, and photos if possible.
- The product may need to be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued.
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.
- Professional installation receipts may be required for warranty claims on engine and drivetrain components.
