Collection Available

You are welcome to collect your order from our warehouse in Parow Industrial, Cape Town. Orders placed before 2pm can typically be collected the same day. Please wait for the "Ready for Collection" notification before visiting. Collection hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, Saturday 08:00 - 13:00.

Dispatch & Processing

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same business day.
Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
All parcels are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
