1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the atlanticautospares.co.za website and any purchases made through it. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. ATLANTIC SPARES is a registered business operating from 42 Voortrekker Road, Parow Industrial, Cape Town, 7500, South Africa. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).

2. Products & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT at 15% unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement applies.
  • Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and compatibility information are accurate, but we recommend verifying fitment before purchase.
  • Stock availability is subject to change. If a product is out of stock after your order, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.

3. Orders & Payment

  • An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT, and selected instant payment methods.
  • EFT payments must be received and cleared before orders are processed.
  • Order confirmation will be sent via email. This serves as your proof of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred.

4. Delivery

  • We deliver nationwide across South Africa via reputable courier services.
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Typical delivery is 2-5 business days depending on location.
  • Free delivery is available on orders over R1,500. Standard delivery fee is R99.
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Please inspect parcels upon receipt.
  • Collection is available from our Cape Town warehouse during business hours.

5. Warranty

  • All products carry a minimum 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with the CPA.
  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, incorrect installation, or modifications.
  • Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Products must be installed by a qualified professional. Incorrect installation voids the warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

ATLANTIC SPARES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for vehicle damage resulting from incorrect part selection by the customer or installation by unqualified persons.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of ATLANTIC SPARES or its licensors and is protected by South African copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Western Cape, South Africa.
